The following are just a few important details for you to keep in mind as you plan your important event.

Confirmation of Booking

A confirmation of your booking can only be secured with a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 and a signed copy of the terms and conditions. This deposit will be fully deducted from the total of the event invoice. 50% of the total payment will be due three months prior to your event. Full payment of your reception is due ten business days prior to your event. Cancellation fees do apply.

Confirmation of Event Details

All food, beverage, and function details must be provided 14 business days prior to the date of the event. Numbers for catering are final at this stage. Floor plans must be finalized 72 hours prior to the day of the event.

Taxes and Services

Food prices are subject to 8% Provincial Sales Tax, and a 15% Service Fee. Alcohol prices are subject to a 10% PST and a 15% Service Fee.
